For 100 years now, the Donaueschinger Musiktage have been synonymous with New Music. On this anniversary we look forward with special interest to the premieres of Francesco Filidei, Yair Klartag, Liza Lim and Enno Poppe.

Great works cast a shadow ahead – which in this case, due to the pandemic, has become quite long: The Musikfest Berlin 2021 finally sees a number of long-awaited world premieres featuring Heiner Goebbels, Olga Neuwirth, Enno Poppe and Lisa Streich.

In an act of Lockdown defiance, Ultraschall Berlin and ECLAT Festival Stuttgart are bringing concerts to radio and livestream – including world-premiers from Sergej Newski, Samir Odeh-Tamimi, and Enno Poppe.

Berlin, 12 September, around 5 pm: Summer is coming to a close, while the concert season is kicking off. On the roof of the former warehouse “Eierspeicher”, now home to Universal Music Germany, Ricordi invites you to Sundowner.

The renowned soloist ensemble Klangforum Wien is performing three premieres from the Ricordi repertoire.
